AUSPELD’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of AUSPELD’s right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the AUSPELD Website or information provided to or gathered by AUSPELD with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement and acceptance of our Privacy Policy constitutes the entire agreement between the user and AUSPELD with respect to the AUSPELD Website and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and AUSPELD with respect to the AUSPELD Website.

Cancellation Policy
AUSPELD has a ‘no refund’ policy. The exception would be when an Event had to be cancelled by AUSPELD. All other requests for cancellation will be invited to re-register for another Event. Late cancellation (less than 48 hrs) will necessitate the Foundation deducting an administration fee of $25.00 and transferring the balance to another Professional Learning Course.
Transmission of Payments
All payments made to AUSPELD through the AUSPELD Website are processed using Stripe. Stripe is a third-party, PCI-DSS compliant payment service that helps ensure your payment information remains secure. AUSPELD does not store your payment information however we do transfer this information through encrypted channels to Stripe to process online payments. Please read Stripe’s Privacy Policy for information on how your personal information is handled by Stripe when you make a payment through the AUSPELD website.
Collection of Information
When you visit the AUSPELD Website we collect information sent by your computer, mobile phone or other access device. This information may include data on which pages you viewed (within the AUSPELD Website), the IP address of your device, your devices operating system, your location and the browser you are using to access the website. This data does not include information about your identity and is used only to generate statistical reports, provide functionality, and to improve the usability of the AUSPELD Website.
